For DVT treatment, Drugs such as anticoagulant and clotbuster are used, and these drugs may cause side effects such as bleeding and high blood pressure. High elasticity pressurizing stocking or IPC(Intermittent air pressurizing system) is used as a conservative treatment. IPC prevents thrombus by pressurizing the venous blood intermittently for a long period of time, through using the air pressure, and it is an effective system for preventing deep vein thrombosis as it provides pause times that cannot be realized by high elasticity stockings.
